Speaker Bio: Executive Coach Gina Steele understands firsthand how important it is to have your own clients, and what it takes to attract them.

At one time, she was an experienced attorney without her own clients. She couldn’t choose the type of work she did or the clients she worked with. She didn’t make the decisions that mattered.

She was sick of working constantly, while the partners she worked with had more reasonable hours and made several times her salary. She was frustrated and stressed out – so much so, that she landed in the hospital with a life-threatening blood clot. On that day, she decided to change her life.

She honed her communications skills and executive presence. She determined the exact type of work she wanted to attract. Then she put a plan in action to attract her ideal clients. Soon, she was in control of her career – she had her own firm making a good living, doing work she loved, and working on her own schedule.

Her passion to help other lawyers do the same drove her to become a Certified Executive Coach and start Steele Leadership, Inc.
