Please join us for a networking reception followed by a panel discussion addressing protecting and preserving trade secrets. Panelists include outside and in-house counsel, and both IP and employment attorneys. Our panelists will focus on protecting trade secrets in the context of employment practices and collaborations -- the two areas that present the greatest risk of loss of rights. Key trade secret issues will be identified and practical tips will be provided. CLE credit will be offered.
